What we do
AI Automation
AI Automation takes repetitive work off the teams of micro, small and mid-size companies: pipelines that read documents, extract the data, and write and send the reports, built around the way you already work. Our rule for AI: it does the boring, long tasks; the thinking and problem-solving stay with people.

What can AI automate in a small company?
The long, repetitive tasks: reading documents, extracting data, writing and sending reports. In our field-service project a technician's voice memo becomes a priced PDF report in under an hour; turning notes into reports used to take the back office days.
Does our data leave the EU?
It doesn't have to. In our field-service project the database is in Frankfurt, and the transcription and the AI model run on EU endpoints.
Can we trust the AI's answers?
You can check them. The assistant we built cites the manual or record behind every answer. And by our rule, the AI does the boring, long tasks; the thinking stays with people.
Does automation always need AI?
No. Our payroll automation runs on fixed rules, not AI: it applies 18 surcharge rates and is checked by 646 automated tests, with cent-exact results.
Do we have to change how we work?
No. We build around the way you already work: in our field-service project, technicians still record a voice memo after each visit, and the report is written from it.
