Signatures

Most jobs are signed on the spot, with a finger on the technician's phone. When the customer isn't there, send the finished work order by link: they confirm their email with a code, read the order and sign. The PDF gets a signature certificate, and you don't pay for a separate signing service.

E-invoices
Your supplier invoices already arrive as XML. Stop retyping them.
Since 1 January 2026, companies in Croatia receive B2B invoices as e-invoices (Fiscalization 2.0). Download the XML from your e-invoice provider, drop it in, and it becomes a draft goods receipt: supplier recognised by OIB, every line matched to your article, the invoice PDF attached.

Field and service companies with roughly 5 to 50 people, vehicles and stock: alarm and video surveillance, air conditioning, electrical installation, IT, lifts and solar, especially the ones that run on paper, Excel and WhatsApp today. Security companies get their own package for rosters and the registers the law requires.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup (configuration, data import and training) plus a monthly licence that depends on the modules and the number of users. You get exact figures in a written offer after the demo. There are no card payments: a contract and an e-invoice.
Can we try it first?
There's no self-service trial. Instead we show you the live system in a 30-minute demo, then a second demo set up under your company's name with one of your own work orders, so you see exactly what your team will use.
Is it custom software?
No, and that's the advantage: one proven product, set up for you. If you need something it doesn't do, we first solve it with configuration. If it would help other companies too, we build it into the product, sometimes at a discount because it stays there. Only after that comes a separate extension at its own price. And if your work doesn't fit the product at all, we build custom software.
Does it issue or fiscalize invoices?
No. Invoicing stays in your accounting software, and your e-invoice provider stays the same. DrabbIT App imports the e-invoices you receive and turns them into goods receipts, and it records the invoice number on a work order once it's billed.
Do we need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones, and installs on the home screen like an app. All it needs is an internet connection.
Who owns our data?
You do, and you can download all of it as a ZIP at any time. DrabbIT App is a subscription: you use the product and the code stays ours, so you never have to maintain it yourself.
Can it carry our logo?
By default your company's name and details are in the app and on every document, next to the DrabbIT mark. Your own logo and colour in the app, on the sign-in page, on documents and on the app icon are a premium option.
Do we have to take every module?
No. Start with work orders and switch more on when you're ready. We switch modules on for you, so nothing changes in your system without your say.
